The “Dance to Vote” Campaign Raises Public Awareness on the Themes of Voting and Civic Engagement

 

The Dance the Vote campaign, featuring the St. Louis artist community, returns on Saturday, Oct. 6th, at the Missouri History Museum. The event promises an afternoon of energetic artistry, spoken word, and inspiring stories, all with a single goal in mind  getting people registered to vote before the Oct. 10th Missouri voter registration deadline.

CHICAGO, Ill.—The Equality Illinois PAC is proud to endorse Secretary of State Jesse White, State Comptroller Susana Mendoza, and State Treasurer Mike Frerichs for re-election and a bipartisan group of 102 pro-equality candidates who are seeking elected office at all levels of state and local government in the general election on November 6, the state's LGBTQ political action committee announced Friday. The Equality Illinois PAC is dedicated to defending and securing the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer ( LGBTQ ) Illinoisans.
