ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Vivent Health and #Boom Magazine will be hosting a happy hour discussion featuring Daniel Flier on Thursday, May 14th at 5:30 PM CST live on #Boom Magazine’s Facebook page.

 

DanielFlierWindow20Daniel Flier, a celebrated hair stylist, advocate and forever Miss Gay Missouri, is one of the founders of St. Louis Effort for AIDS, now known as Vivent Health. Daniel joins #Boom Magazine; and Vivent Health CEO, Mike Gifford, to talk about the organization’s history, the early days of the AIDS epidemic, and how the landscape of HIV treatment and care has evolved into where we are today. The conversation will be moderated by James Lesch, Director of Development at Vivent Health St. Louis.

 

Vivent Health’s mission is to support individuals living with or at risk for HIV through their medical home model. By providing medical, pharmaceutical, case management, food pantry, and HIV/STI testing services, Vivent strives to ensure that every individual living with or at risk for HIV has a chance to live a long, healthy life. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Vivent’s offices have continued to stay open for essential services.
