For anyone who has ever felt like they don’t matter, Dixie’s Tupperware Party is a southern tale of empowerment that leaves your heart a little bigger and your food a little fresher.

After a hugely successful inaugural event, St. Louis Effort for AIDS is proud to present the encore of Staging Hope on Monday, October 28 at the Playhouse @ Westport Plaza, featuring Dixie's Tupperware Party!

StagingHopeEFAStaging Hope will allow guests to be the first in St. Louis to see Dixie’s Tupperware Party, an off-Broadway smash featuring Ms. Dixie Longate — the fast-talking, gum chewing, ginger-haired Alabama gal who is bringing your grandma’s Tupperware party out of the living and into the 21st century. Dixie’s Tupperware Parties are filled with hilarious tales, audience participation, and truly alternative uses for her plastic products.

One hundred percent of the ticket sales and Tupperware sales will be donated to EFA. This unique event is made possible by the Playhouse @ Westport Plaza, who is generously opening the final dress rehearsal in support of EFA. Along with the show, guests will enjoy two complimentary cocktails and an ice cream treat from Serendipity Homemade Ice Cream.

The festivities start at 7:00 p.m. with a pre-show reception. At 8:00 p.m. guests will step inside the playhouse for a special performance of Dixie's Tupperware Party, followed by an ice cream social with Dixie and an opportunity to purchase some of your very own Tupperware!
