HANNIBAL, Mo. — The 4th annual Diversity Days will take place on September 14-15, 2018 in downtown Hannibal, Missouri.

 

 According to organizers, this laid-back weekend in the river city steeped in history is for the LGBTQ community and their friends, "where everybody is welcomed and everybody embraces diversity."

 

Attendees are encouraged to explore and experience historic downtown Hannibal through their own unique prism and the eyes of Mark Twain. Enjoy the boutique shops, small eateries, Victorian homes, museums and myriad other attractions and special events. The weekend includes:

 

 

FRIDAY 9/14

 

-Mark Twain Museums, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

 

-Shopping at Downtown Hannibal, 10 a.m. - til Stores Close

 

-Rockcliffe Mansion Guided Tours, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

 

-Dinner @ LaBinnah Bistro, 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.

 

-Opening Party in the Green Room at LaBinnah Bistro & Bonfire, 8:00 p.m. - til Close (Bonfire is BYOB & bring a folding chair)

 

-Haunted Hannibal Tours, 7 p.m.

 

-Cocktails at LaAzotea Lounge, 9 p.m.-Close

-Farmers’ Market, 8 a.m. - Noon

 

-Mark Twain Museums, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

-Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar @ La Azotea, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

 

-Dinner @ LaBinnah Bistro, 5 p.m. - 10 p.m.

 

-Haunted Hannibal Tours, 7 p.m.

 

-Karaoke w/ DJ Sly (Free) @ Finns,  7 p.m. - 9 p.m.

 

-Saturday Night Dance Party & Drag Show ($10) @ Finn’s, 9 p.m. - til Close (tickets will be available at the door)

 

​Last year, Diversity Days hosted visitors from Missouri, Illinois, Iowa and beyond.
