ST. LOUIS, Mo. - PROMO, Missouri's statewide LGBTQ+ advocacy organization, will be hitting the road this spring to talk about how to build on (and protect) community victories and continue to advance equality for ALL Missourians.
The “Show-Me You Tour” will address PROMO’s priorities for 2017 and the future, including continuing to ensure LGBTQ+ Missourians have equal access to health care, growing the work to curb discrimination in workplaces, housing, and services, making sure every school is safe for LGBTQ+ young people, and removing barriers for transgender Missourians.
PROMO will also present the findings of their 2016 needs assessment, the Show Me You Questionnaire, which surveyed more than 3,375 LGBT Missourians.
