Formerly serving on the Board of Directors of Pride St. Louis and as President of The LGBT Center of St. Louis, Colin Lovett passionately works to advance the equality movement primarily surrounding sexual orientation and gender identity. He is a Regional Arts Council CAT Fellow of 2011, an Eagle Scout and plays bass in community symphonies throughout the region. At #Boom, Colin serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Publisher, focusing on all areas of business and creating a successful, informative product.

With over 25-years experience in LGBT media, Colin Murphy has worked for numerous community publications as both writer and editor.  Ever active in his community, he has previously served on several non-profit Boards, including as Secretary of The LGBT Center of St. Louis, Vice President and President of Metro East Pride of Southwestern Illinois – and is one-third of the St. Louis LGBT History Project. At #Boom, Colin serves as Chief Operating Officer and Editor-in-Chief, focusing on oversight and management of all editorial and staff.

Active in the St. Louis LGBT community since 1996, Kurt Ross has worked closely with Metro East Pride of Southwestern Illinois and The LGBT Center of St. Louis. In 2003, he made the jump from Food Service Management to the world of Tech and has worked in I.T. lending his talents to major corporations across the region. At #Boom, Kurt serves at Chief Digital Officer and is the man behind the website overseeing its maintenance and design.

Juli Sanning brings with her nearly a decade of portrait and nightlife photography experience, as well as previously published writing in St. Louis legal publications and op-ed work for #Boom. Her photographic work has been showcased in local underground art and lifestyle publications, and her promotional portraits of performers can be seen on numerous drag and burlesque show flyers around the metro area. Juli has been heavily integrated into the St. Louis LGBTQ nightlife scene since moving here in 2008, and she looks forward to bringing an artistic approach to photojournalism through her work with #Boom. Juli is passionate about creating art to promote the diverse and beautiful queer community in the heartland. She lives with her wife, Ashlee, two cats, Carl and Leo, and chiweenie Gunnar in St. Charles County.

Terry Laupp has been involved in the St. Louis LGBT community for many years, and along with his husband Chad Carroll, is the co-creator of the St. Louis Balloon Brigade and Black & Lou Pride Ball, and co-owner of the Mr. Missouri Leather Contest. Terry is a former Mr. Missouri Leather 2010, an associate member of the KC Pioneers and member of Mama's Family. He is involved with EFA's Dining Out for Life and volunteers for Circus Flora - St. Louis' beloved one-ring European-style circus. At #Boom, Terry brings over 30 years of graphic design experience and a unique eye to his role as Creative Director.

Originally from Northeast Ohio, Tyler came to the St. Louis area in the fall of 2013 to pursue his BA in Mass Communications at Lindenwood University. Unable to choose just one topic, he is also completing minors in Gender Studies as well as Media Literacy. Tyler has been a part of the LGBT community since 2011 and has been amazed at the open arms of the community in St. Louis. His aim is to use journalism to serve the surrounding community.
